These loans are up to 30 years and the majority have up to a 5 year step-down prepay penalty. You can utilize a DSCR for single family residence up to 4 units. Loan Terms:

Minimum loan amount is $75,000 with a minimum purchase price of $100,000. If the purchase price is below $100,000 we won’t be able to get you an estimate. In order to receive up to 80%LTV, you need to have owned the property for a minimum of 6 months.
